Opal Scarf Pattern – $4.99
The Opal Scarf is a quick, easy scarf in a lace-weight alpaca blend, O’paca, by Fleece Artist. A single skein of the yarn will have enough yardage for 4 scarves.
You begin by knitting the ribbed loop, then move into the one-row lace pattern. Finally, you cast on a few extra stitches, and begin knitting the border on sideways.
The yarn is light as a feather, with a gentle, soft halo. I recommend using metal needles with this yarn (bamboo or plastic will create a bit too much drag).
